Gabon
In early April, CCCC invited the 26th Chinese medical team to Gabon to provide health check-ups and medical services for its employees and local residents.
The volunteers of CCCC played a vital role on-site, efficiently managing the logistics, guiding attendees, offering translation services, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the event.
During the event, medical experts provided diagnostic and health check-up services to over 100 employees and local residents. They also addressed common health issues and diseases, conducted seminars on tropical diseases and first aid, and offered valuable health knowledge to the attendees. Additionally, the medical team donated essential medical supplies to the project.
Malaysia
In Malaysia, the ECRL Section 9 in Malaysia, in collaboration with local healthcare institutions, organized a health check-up event for employees. Medical staff conducted blood pressure and blood sugar tests, physical exams, and provided answers to health-related questions. They also gave advice on balanced diets, disease prevention, and treatment options for some symptoms.
A total of more than 80 individuals were seen during the event, and employees were provided with free medications, including cold medicine, skin ointments, fever reducers, and anti-inflammatory drugs.
