Project engineers deliver on-site explanations and answer questions in both English and Indonesian, effectively bridging textbook knowledge with real-world engineering practice.
In early December, 43 faculty and students from Indonesia’s University of Riau visited the Dumai new approach bridge precasting yard for a study tour and technical exchange—highlighting university–enterprise collaboration in technology transfer and talent development.
During the visit, the delegation observes the full production process of precast components, from steel reinforcement fabrication and concrete pouring to prestressing tensioning. They gain in-depth insight into key aspects such as quality control and construction management.
