Recently, the fourth advanced training program on marine engineering and technology was successfully held at the Annaba Port's New Mining Quay Project, Algeria, which is undertaken by CHEC. Over 60 participants from Algeria's port construction departments took part in the seminar.
This training program, organized by the Base of Global Leadership Development at the ICEE, exemplifies CCCC's commitment to talent development. It focused on knowledge transfer and skill enhancement to train local Algerian talents with international perspectives and practical capabilities.
The training program continued the innovative industry-education integration model established in the previous three sessions, with a curriculum aligned to industry trends and local needs, focusing on smart port applications and loading/unloading techniques.
Participants praised its high course quality, practical relevance, and organization, noting that it enhanced their professional skills and competence while providing a valuable platform for exchange and cooperation.
