Training program
Through a combination of classroom learning, field inspections along the railway line, and hands-on experience in workshops, participants are expected to strengthen both their theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
Since the launch of the SGR, Afristar has remained committed to technology transfer and local talent development. To date, more than 3,500 Kenyan employees have received systematic railway training at leading universities in China.Recently, Afristar launched a six-month advanced technical training program aimed at enhancing the professional skills of Kenyan staff in railway operations, maintenance, and safety management.
