In Uganda
Under the framework of the Wuhan–Entebbe vocational education training program, established as part of the sister-city relationship between Wuhan and Entebbe, CCCC has been providing vocational training opportunities to young Ugandans since 2016, benefiting 110 participants to date.
This time, CCCC's First Highway Engineering, leveraging its partnership with Wuhan City Polytechnic, selected three Ugandan employees to participate in the program.
The one-month training program includes language instruction in Uganda, followed by vocational skills training in Wuhan. Upon returning to Uganda, these trainees will conduct secondary training sessions for their colleagues, ensuring the dissemination of knowledge and skills to a broader workforce. This approach maximizes the impact of the training program.
