CCCC supports talent development programs through concrete actions

CCCC is taking multiple innovative approaches to foster local talent development in various regions.
Skills Training Base
Recently, CCCC inaugurated its first overseas skills training base in Kenya. The training center aims to address market demands by focusing on specialized skills such as rebar work and surveying, helping to build a localized talent pool with strong technical capabilities for CCCC.
Colombian Railway Talent Development
In Colombia, 40 young professionals recently signed up with the First Metro Line of Bogota and will soon head to China for a 15-month intensive training program in subway technology. This is the second batch of Colombian trainees, following the first batch of 10 trainees in 2023, sent to China for specialized training in metro systems.
Seagull Talent Training Project
The second phase of the Seagull Talent Training Project has begun in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. A total of 102 participants from diverse fields will undergo a one-month training course covering construction site management, surveying, building materials, and machinery maintenance.
The program aims to significantly enhance the technical skills of local employees, nurturing talent with a global perspective, professional expertise, and cross-cultural communication abilities. The first phase of the project was launched in Uganda in April this year.
