This event marks another innovative step by CRBC in supporting talent development in Cambodia.

Recently, CRBC, a subsidiary of CCCC, partnered with the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia to launch the "empowering future entrepreneurs" training and incubation program in Phnom Penh. The event was attended by 400 participants.
The program will provide entrepreneurship training to over 300 Cambodian youths over a span of 20 weeks, focusing on business planning, skill development, and entrepreneurial training. The initiative aims to support young Cambodian entrepreneurs by connecting them with resources, fostering collaboration between Chinese and Cambodian youth, and promoting mutual growth.
Since CRBC entered the Cambodian market in 2001, the company has established training centers and employed over 30,000 Cambodian workers, contributing to the development of local infrastructure talent. This event marks another innovative step by CRBC in supporting talent development in Cambodia.
