First Metro Line of Bogota project in Colombia
Recently, the First Metro Line of Bogota project (PLMB) in Colombia hosted the second round of initial selections for local railway operations personnel to participate in training in China. A total of 177 local university graduates took the written exam, followed by interviews. Ultimately, 40 outstanding candidates will be chosen to undergo a comprehensive 15-month training program in China.
The Nam Lik 1-2 hydropower project in Laos
Students from the Department of Hydraulic Engineering at Tsinghua University recently visited the Nam Lik 1-2 hydropower project in Laos for a hands-on learning experience. Through guidance from engineers, the students gained in-depth insights into the operational principles and mechanisms of the hydropower station. They remarked that the visit effectively bridged theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing significant benefits.
Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway
The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway recently held its second skills competition, with 56 local Cambodian employees from 12 toll, maintenance, and support units participating.
Outstanding teams and individuals were awarded medals and certificates. Leng Sreymeas, representing the 27 award-winning employees, expressed that the competition was not just a contest but a comprehensive evaluation of their work capabilities, motivating them to continue improving.
