Once a recent university graduate, Barry has grown through project training into a local backbone managing a team of nearly 30 people. Safety officer Toure, under the guidance of his Chinese mentor, progressed from confusion to becoming a steadfast guardian of safety principles. Maintenance worker Conde, empowered by systematic training, transformed within a year into a capable engineer, earning the title "Labor Skill Star."

Through youth innovation studios, technical training, and skills competitions, CHEC has nurtured nearly 500 local engineers and is expected to build a sustainable career platform for over 1,000 Guinean youth. The project has created more than 3,000 jobs and provided over 38,400 hours of specialized training. 

Local youth sincerely remark, "The professionalism and sincerity of Chinese youth inspire our admiration." This is not just an engineering project but a cross-cultural bridge built together with skills, trust, and friendship.
