When Cyclone Ditwah hit Sri Lanka, CHEC sprang into action! Sent boats & teams for search rescue, donated 13M rupees, aided affected workers, and cleared blocked roads with 24 machines.
Recently, Tropical Cyclone "Ditwah" struck SriLanka, triggering widespread flooding and landslides in multiple regions. CHEC, immediately activated emergency response protocols. Key personnel were rapidly dispatched in rescue boats to participate in frontline search and rescue operations, while transport vessels and construction vehicles were mobilized for follow-up support.
At the same time, CHEC actively fulfilled its social responsibility by organizing a donation of 13 million Sri Lankan rupees in relief funds and launching a "one-on-one" assistance program for affected employees, promptly delivering essential living supplies.
In response to multiple road closures along the A5 national highway, CHEC urgently deployed 24 pieces of equipment and 38 key personnel to form an emergency team, fully engaging in road clearance efforts to restore vital transportation lifelines in the disaster-affected areas.
