On November 26, 2024, the loop of Harbin Metro Line 3 was successfully closed, initiating a new era of networked transit operations for the city. CCCC delivered the 32.18-kilometer Phase II project, encompassing 31 stations and 1 depot. The line connects over 100 downtown residential areas with 170 bus and rail routes, directly benefiting nearly 1 million Harbin residents. Furthermore, the fully operational line will provide robust transportation support for the successful hosting of the 2025 Asian Winter Games in Harbin.
