Running longitudinally through Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces, the expressway serves as a vital artery for regional and inter-regional connectivity. CCCC constructed a 232-kilometer section comprising 2 grand bridges, 57 major bridges, and 9 tunnels. Construction began in April 2014, and the project was put into operation in October 2016, providing critical support for transportation networks in Northeast China.
