Over the past 9 years, Xiongan New Area has afforested a cumulative 483,000 mu and achieved a total green area of 743,000 mu. This effort has significantly improved the forest coverage rate from 11% prior to the area's establishment to 35.1%, laying a solid foundation for an integrated park city system. The initiative is turning the urban planning vision—ensuring residents can reach forests within 3 kilometers, forest belts within 1 kilometer, and parks within 300 meters, creating a ubiquitous green environment—into a tangible reality.
