CCCC has established a standard system for Kenya’s standard-gauge railway covering the entire process of design, construction, acceptance inspection, and operation and maintenance. It has developed seismic-resistant design solutions for railway subgrades, bridges, and tunnels suitable for the Rift Valley terrain, as well as railway construction methods suitable for ecologically sensitive areas. These technological achievements have helped create benchmark projects such as the Mombasa–Nairobi Railway, the Budapest-Belgrade Railway, and the East Coast Rail Link in Malaysia.
