CCCC has developed technologies for tunnel hazard and stability control under complex climatic and geological conditions, and a complete set of intelligent construction and operation technologies for 20km-class highway mountain tunnels. It has also developed key technologies for vertical shaft construction in high-altitude and alpine highway tunnels, and pioneered key technologies and equipment for horizontal directional detection of tunnel geology beyond 1,000 meters. These technological achievements have supported major projects such as the Galongla Tunnel on the Medog Highway and the Tianshan Shengli Tunnel, leading the development of intelligent construction and maintenance of long mountain highway tunnels under extreme environments.
