After the Libyan civil war broke out in 2011, CCCC took the lead in coordinating the evacuation of multiple Chinese-funded enterprises, ensuring the safe return of its own employees while assisting over 5,000 compatriots to evacuate safely via land and sea routes. During the Sudan conflict in 2023, CCCC responded swiftly, helping more than 1,300 Chinese and foreign nationals relocate safely within six days.
