Rapid response to flooding
From 2023 to 2025, Beijing and Hebei were repeatedly struck by severe flooding. CCCC carried out three rescue operations—clearing blocked roads, removing silt and debris, and pumping out floodwaters—helping protect the lives and safety of more than 20,000 residents. In January 2025, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Dingri county in Shigatse, Xizang Autonomous Region. CCCC quickly mobilized rescue teams, machinery, and more than 17,000 emergency relief supplies, providing assistance across 26 townships and towns in five counties. The company constructed more than 1,900 temporary rescue shelters for displaced residents and undertook the first batch of post-disaster reconstruction projects, helping affected people return to their homes.
