Ethiopia is known as the "land of long-distance runners" in Africa. In 2004, with the opening of the Addis Ababa Ring Road, CCCC launched the first China-Ethiopia Friendship Relay Race. Since then, the event has never been interrupted and has been held for 20 editions, becoming an eagerly anticipated annual event for local communities.Centered on road traffic safety, the event continues to promote safe travel and raise public awareness of traffic safety.
