The Jurong Region Line (JRL) J106 Project in Singapore, with around 120 employees mainly from Bangladesh and India, emphasizes the cultivation of a "family" culture. Respecting the cultural customs of employees from different nationalities, languages, and religions, the project promotes communication and enhances solidarity. Under the influence of the family culture, both local and international employees have experienced an increasing sense of belonging and happiness, fostering friendships in Singapore.

Upon completion, the project will strengthen the connection between Jurong Industrial Estate and the city center, enhancing the convenience of public transportation in the area and promoting regional economic and social development.
