Zhang Zhigang and Alfred, his apprentice from Kenya, met 12 years ago on the Berth 19 Project in Mombasa, Kenya. Later on, they were reunited at the Lamu harbor.

Under the guidance of Zhang, Alfred was awarded the title of Outstanding Employee of Kenya by the Kenya-China Economic and Trade Association.
