Growth & Friendship
Qin Liang & Boris

Qin Liang, an engineer in the measurement department of the Novi Sad-Ruma Expressway project, has Boris as his first international mentee.
Initially, Boris had limited knowledge of engineering surveying and felt pressured about his future work. However, Qin Liang believed that this was conducive to instilling good surveying habits in him, demonstrating a more meticulous approach to his training.
"Based on my knowledge level, my mentor devised a learning plan that led to significant progress and rebuilt my confidence. He patiently taught me to use surveying software developed in China, making field surveying and layout work very convenient and efficient," said Boris excitedly.
Qin Liang said, "Boris is hardworking and has a strong learning ability. He patiently summarizes his work every day and diligently records new knowledge, which is commendable."
After spending considerable time with his mentor, Boris not only made remarkable progress in knowledge and skills but also developed a keen interest in Chinese cuisine. He expressed a strong desire to visit China in person and experience the development changes and super projects, such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, one of the "New Seven Wonders of the World."
