"Thanks to the help from my colleagues, I finally bought a motorcycle!" Aguiboou smiled. This Guinean young man from CCCC SIMANDOU PROJECT PORT EPC 1 – TSV WHARF AND ACCESS TRESTLE has always dreamed of owning a motorcycle.
In the local context, a motorcycle is not only a means of transportation but also a symbol of hope for a better life. He believed that working with everyone would help him quickly save up his "wish fund". Soon, Aguiboou's outstanding performance led him to be selected for a local management training program, where he participated in scheduling management tasks. Initially, he found it challenging due to his lack of experience, but with the support of his colleagues, he gradually mastered the skills. A few months later, he passed his assessments successfully, maintaining a record of zero mistakes. After working hard, Aguiboou finally saved enough money to purchase the motorcycle of his dreams. He excitedly shared his joy with his colleagues, his face radiating happiness.
