On the Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway's Heyuan-Huizhou section expansion project, an intelligent line-marking robot is efficiently navigating along a pre-determined route, automatically marking the road for construction.
The project, spanning 116.6 kilometers and featuring eight lanes in both directions, requires precise line-marking for road surface measurements. Accurate line-marking is critical for ensuring the road's drainage, load-bearing capacity, and driving safety.
Traditional manual line-marking is often affected by weather, reducing precision and efficiency. However, the intelligent robot, equipped with a high-precision navigation system, overcomes these challenges and significantly boosts accuracy and productivity, even in extreme conditions.
