Best Quality Engineering in Cambodia
The Design-Build of Provincial Road No. 146B and No.148 Construction Project of Cambodia's, undertaken by CRBC, has been honored with the best quality engineering in Cambodia, the highest accolade in Cambodia's construction industry.
The project spans over 43 kilometers, connecting Sihanoukville with National Highway 4 and integrating with the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway. Transferred in August 2023, the project significantly contributes to the local economic development.
2024 Outstanding ESG Branding Award
At the 2024 Greater Bay Area Sustainable Development Forum and Hong Kong ESG Reporting Awards (HERA) Ceremony in Shenzhen, CHEC received the Outstanding ESG Branding Award. This recognition highlights CHEC's commitment to and achievements in sustainable development.
Two BIM Awards
The Siu Ho Wan Water Treatment Works (SHW WTW) expansion project in Hong Kong, undertaken by CRBC, has won the first prize in the 13th "Longtu Cup" National BIM Competition organized by the China Graphics Society and is the Autodesk BIM Award Winner for its innovative application of BIM technology.
The "Longtu Cup" National BIM Competition is a leading competition in China's construction industry, while the Autodesk BIM Award promotes excellence in BIM technology among Hong Kong's construction professionals.
Most Popular Infrastructure Projects in Hong Kong over the Past Quarter Century Competition
The Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link, also completed by CRBC, recently won first place in the Most Popular Infrastructure Projects in Hong Kong over the Past Quarter Century Competition organized by the Institution of Engineering and Technology of the UK.
The award aims to recognize outstanding infrastructure projects from the past 25 years that have made a significant impact on Hong Kong while raising public awareness of the importance of community infrastructure planning and construction. The Cross Bay Link won the championship, standing out for its elegant design, innovative and environmentally friendly low-carbon construction techniques, and excellent safety, health, and environmental management. Additionally, other major projects, including the Hong Kong Section of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, ranked among the top eight.
