Recently, the inauguration and unveiling ceremony of the Base of Global Leadership Development of the UNESCO International Center for Engineering Education (ICEE) was held in China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.(CHEC), a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Ltd.(CCCC).

ICEE and CHEC signed a cooperation plan. Both sides will carry out in-depth cooperation on the training of international engineering talents, engineering consulting and research, and international exchanges and cooperation.

ICEE, a UNESCO Category 2 Centre, promotes engineering education development. The establishment of the Base of Global Leadership Development will help CCCG and CHEC build a new global highland for the development of engineering talents.
