Recently, the buildingSMART International (bSI) hosted the openBIM Awards in Lillestrøm, Norway. CCCC received a Special Mention Award for its of I-Park openBIM Application in Hong Kong Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 1 Project.
The bSI is a globally recognized BIM industry association and the organization responsible for maintaining IFC international standards. It is dedicated to driving digital transformation throughout the entire lifecycle of construction. In this competition, 22 projects competed across nine categories.
The Hong Kong Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 1 Project is Hong Kong's first environmentally friendly waste incineration project, incorporating cutting-edge technology. The project's daily waste processing capacity is 3,000 tons, generating an annual electricity output of approximately 480 million kilowatt-hours, enough to power 100,000 households.
