Wearing blue vests, CCCCers devote themselves to volunteer work while constructing the projects.

The "Blue Vest" volunteer service teams of CCCC have been actively participating in volunteer work around the world. 
Cambodia
Volunteers from Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway have donated one ton of rice, 20 boxes of noodles, 20 barrels of cooking oil, and 5,000 medical masks to local communities.
Malaysia
Young volunteers from the GEM Housing Project visited a nursing home in Penang, bringing warmth to 54 elderly residents.
Sri Lanka
Port City Colombo's "Colombo Beautiful Beach Plan" was initiated by the "Blue Vest" volunteers, attracting enthusiastic participation from people of all walks of life in the local community. So far, the plan has involved over 300 "Blue Vest" volunteers, removed more than 40 tons of garbage, and set up eight high-standard stations for waste sorting, recycling, and environmental promotion.
Papua New Guinea
Young "Blue Vest" volunteers from the 57-kilometer Chimbu road project in Papua New Guinea donated drinks, disinfectants, masks, and other supplies to a primary school.
