Over one million vehicles travel on Cambodia's Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway

Since opening to the public in October, 2022, the cumulative traffic flow has exceeded one million vehicles, with the maximum traffic flow on a single day reaching 25,263 vehicles.

Invested, constructed and operated by CRBC under CCCC, the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway is Cambodia's first expressway. Since opening to the public in October, 2022, the cumulative traffic flow has exceeded one million vehicles, with the maximum traffic flow on a single day reaching 25,263 vehicles. A total of 13,841 sets of ETC has been released, with a peak daily applications of 1005 sets.
CRBC is dedicated to improving service standards and customer experience. The popularization of ETC has enhanced the access efficiency of expressways, alleviated traffic congestion and greatly motivated Cambodians to travel; at the same time, through a range of pragmatic measures such as the upgrading of electromechanical systems, optimization of operation process, toll business training and traffic flow monitoring and early warning, the efficiency and emergency response capacity have been effectively strengthened. CRBC is dedicated to continuously improving the driving experience of Cambodian people on the expressway, and the rapid rise of ETC applications and traffic flow.
