Recently, the world's first fully automatic coning and deconing platform developed by ZPMC, a subsidiary of CCCC, was officially delivered. The platform is able to carry out coning and deconing of container twistlocks automatically at the wharfside during container loading and discharging.
The platform adopted industrial six-axis robots, 3D vision technology, and the intelligent palletizing scheme and container positioning scheme, which can cover a wide variety of operational scenarios in live operations required by users. The time for coning and deconing of twin 20 ft boxes only takes 12 seconds, and the platform can handle more than 90% of the twistlocks in the market. After the platform is put into use, it will further improve the work efficiency of the terminal.
