CCCC's application of BIM wins first prize of the 2022 "SMART BIM" Competition

Recently, the award ceremony of the 2022 "SMART BIM" Competition was held.

Recently, the award ceremony of the 2022 "SMART BIM" Competition was held, and the application of BIM in mechatronics installation project of CCCC south headquarters base, which was invested and constructed by CCCC's Fourth Harbor Engineering, won the first prize in the construction group of the competition.

The competition was organized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Guangdong Urban Architecture Society (GUAS) to accelerate the digital transformation of the construction industry and promote green construction. A total of 887 entries were received, and 52 first prizes were awarded to the construction group.
The CCCC south headquarters base has a total construction area of about 550,000 square meters, including three buildings with heights of 200 meters, 187 meters and 150 meters respectively, which is a large commercial complex integrating high-end offices and hotels. The project solved the construction problems in terms of net height control and environmental protection through BIM technology, and achieved digital processing and comprehensive optimization of pipelines, simulation of small space equipment installation, visualization of safety technology, etc., laying a foundation for operation and maintenance of the intelligent park.
