First batch equipment of the world's largest automated terminal in Singapore completed

Recently, the world's largest automated terminal under construction by Zhenhua Heavy Industry has completed production, construction and shipment of the first batch of automated equipment at the Singapore Tuas Port Automated Terminal.

Recently, the world's largest automated terminal under construction by Zhenhua Heavy Industry, a CCCC subsidiary, has completed production, construction and shipment of the first batch of automated equipment at the Singapore Tuas Port Automated Terminal.
The shipment includes 20 double-car automated shore bridges and 56 automated rail cranes. Among them, the double trolley automated quay bridge is currently the world's largest parameter, the fastest speed, rated lifting weight spreader under 65 tons, the main and secondary trolley speeds of 270 meters per minute and 130 meters per minute.The rail crane has both auxiliary control system (ASC) function, adopts the most advanced control technology and design scheme, has a high performance and dynamic stiffness of the whole machine, and realizes the automatic operation ability of the external collection card in the exchange area of the end of the rail crane.

The project is a super port complex integrating port shipping, port industry, shipbuilding industry and other port undertakings.
