China Communications Construction Company Limited (“CCCC” or the “Company”), initiated and founded solely by China Communications Construction Group (“CCCG”, supervised under State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) through whole reorganization, was incorporated on 8 October 2006. 
Its H shares were listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code of 01800.HK on 15 December 2006. The Company is the first large state-owned capital construction enterprise entering the overseas capital market. With offering price of HKD4.60, a total of 4.025 billion H shares were issued with money raised amounting to RMB17.878 billion.

On March 9, 2012, the Company was listed on the Main Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601800.SS). With offering price of RMB5.40, a total of 1.35 billion A shares were issued with money raised amounting to RMB4.864 billion.
