The base provides around 4,000 job opportunities each year, contributing to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Lushui.

In August, the vegetable planting base in Chongren Village, Laowo Town, Lushui City, Yunnan Province, constructed by CCCC's Dredging Group, witnessed the first abundant harvest of golden cherry tomatoes.
This batch of ripened golden cherry tomatoes was planted in April this year, covering an area of 0.2 hectares, with an expected yield of around 12,500 kg per hectare. Some of the harvested golden cherry tomatoes are sold in Lushui City, while the rest are sold to Shanghai.
"After this season, we plan to try some overwintering golden cherry tomatoes, which can be harvested in November. We will also introduce other varieties of tomatoes, such as strawberry tomatoes," said the head of the base.
These sweet golden cherry tomatoes not only meet the demand for healthy and green food among the public but also inject new vitality into rural revitalization.
Currently, the base stably supplies dozens of vegetable varieties to the Lushui Ctiy. The base provides around 4,000 job opportunities each year, contributing to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Lushui.
