In September, the first group of local operational staff for the First Metro Line of Bogota embarked on a journey to Xi'an, China, for a one-year professional training program in metro operation.

This first group consists of 10 individuals, with plans to eventually increase the total to 50. They will undergo theoretical training at Xi'an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute and practical exercise with Xi'an Metro in operations and maintenance. After training, they will return to Colombia to share their knowledge and skills with their colleagues, gradually forming a workforce of over 600 to manage and maintain the project, ensuring its smooth operation in the future.
