is the largest of its kind in China's
transportation field, and a 90-degree rotation after the hoisting of the joint
marks a new leap in gravity conquering. From hoisting to entry into water, the
whole process was smooth. The joint was hoisted stably, rotated fluidly and
entered water peacefully. 12,000t floating crane "Zhenhua 30"
perfectly showed the extraordinary strength of the "pillar of the great
power" through outstanding performance.
After witnessing the installation of the final joint
in the full process, the top domestic and foreign immersed tunnel experts from
Hong Kong, Japan and the Netherlands spoke highly of the innovation
intelligence of Chinese engineers, the leap of China's engineering level and
the tremendous strength of the "pillar of the great power", and
admired CCCC constructors for working another engineering miracle by completing
the installation of the final joint of the immersed tunnel which should have
taken six months within only one day.
