HKIA land reclamation project is won by CCCC

On September 27, CCCC won the bid for the land reclamation of the third runway system of the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), with a contract value of some 13,130 million yuan and a construction period of 58 months. The project is an important part of HKIA Third Runway System Project.

The project involves land reclamation measuring some 650 hectares, sea wall construction measuring some 15 km, gravel piling measuring 5.8 million linear meters, drain construction measuring 35 million linear meters and deep cement mixing piling measuring 1.7 million cubic meters.

Winning the bid further consolidated CCCC's advantage in Hong Kong's offshore engineering market, and laid a solid foundation for the future work of HKIA Third Runway System Project.
