Water environment treatment project in Shenzhen is won by CCCC

The consortium of CCCC and First Highway Consultants has recently won the bid for a project of comprehensively eliminating black and odorous waters in Bao'an District, Shenzhen in 2019, with a contract amount of RMB 4,669 million.


Located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with a total area of 175.4 square kilometers, the project includes two areas: Qianhaiwan and Tieshi Shuiyuan. The project will commence before March 25, 2019; the treatment of all the sewage outfalls, micro and small waters, culverts, small lakes, pools and reservoirs and key pollution resources, old pipeline dredging, reconstruction and maintenance, as well as the water allocation of sewage plants will be completed before October 31, 2019, to comprehensively eliminate black and odorous waters in the areas; river flood control and outfall rectification, drainage pump station reconstruction, key landscape and ecology remediation will be completed before December 31, 2019; and the renovation of the Xinyong River will be completed before December 31, 2020.
