Fourth Highway Engineering Signs Cooperation Agreement with XPCC Division 6

On July 27, Fourth Highway Engineering signed a cooperation framework agreement with Division 6 of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) on key highway project investment and construction in Wujiaqu.


The projects under the agreement are Ganmo, Wuwu and Zhunwuchang highways, with an estimated total investment of RMB 10,800 million yuan and a total length of 356.8 kilometers, including 31.8 kilometers of highways and 325 kilometers of first-class highways. In accordance with state laws and regulations, the two sides will carry out all-round deep cooperation in the mode of "BOC + EPC".


XPCC Division 6 has 14 farms with a total population of 340,000. The construction of Ganmo, Wuwu and Zhunwuchang highways will further strengthen relations between XPCC divisions and promote the regional economic development of Xinjiang.
