CRBC wins Hong Kong Award for Environmental Excellence-Construction Industry (Gold)

The Presentation Ceremony of 2016 "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence" has recently been held in Hong Kong. Tuen Mun Toll Plaza Project of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Limited won the "Hong Kong Award for Environmental Excellence-Construction Industry (Gold)". Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying delivered an address and presented the award to the winning enterprise.


The event attracted more than 1,400 enterprises and projects. One gold award, one silver award, one bronze award and 10 merit awards were presented to the construction circles. CRBC is the only institution winning the gold award among Hong Kong building enterprises, and the award is the first presented. Winning the award shows the full recognition of CCCC's environmental protection efforts by the Hong Kong Government and all walks of life in Hong Kong.


Tuen Mun-Chulocock Island Link Road-North Link Road Toll Plaza and related works are Lot 3 of Tuen Mun-Chulocock Island Link Road. Combined with Tuen Mun West Detour, it will provide a new strategic road linking proposed Northwest New Territories, North Lantau, proposed Hong Kong Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Hong Kong International Airport. The project is one of the projects of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in Hong Kong. Since breaking ground in July 2014, the project has performed strongly in quality, progress, safety and environmental protection, and been ranked first among all projects of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in Hong Kong in the long term.
