Nantong PPP Project is won by CCCC consortium

On May 8, the consortium of ZPMC, East China Investment, Second Harbour Engineering and First Harbour Consultants won the bid for the PPP bridge and liquefied terminal project in Yangkou Port, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of some RMB 1,770 million, a cooperation period of 12 years and a construction period of two years.

Located in Yangkou Port, Rudong County, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, the project involves three parts (Second Yellow Sea Bridge, universal trestle and Phase 2 of liquefied chemical terminal). Second Yellow  Sea Bridge is Phase 2 of Yellow Sea Bridge. After its completion, Yellow Sea Bridge will change from a two-way two-lane bridge into a two-way four-lane bridge; the universal trestle is important part of the project of up-to-standard waste water runoff to the sea in Harbor Industrial Zone; two liquid bulk berths with a total throughput capacity of 1.43 million tons per year will be constructed in the liquefied chemical terminal with ships berthed on both sides.
