On March 28, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on a highway project in Henan Province was held in Zhengzhou. Song Hailiang, Vice President of CCCC, attended the ceremony.

CCCC signed a project cooperation agreement with Henan Toll Highway Administration Center and Henan Transportation Group Investment Co., Ltd. on four highways (Puyang-Weihui Highway, Jiaozuo section, Jiaozuo-Jiyuan section and Fangcheng-Tanghe section of Taihang Highway), with a total investment of nearly 30,000 million yuan.

The signing of the agreement is another important result of CCCC's efforts in deepening its operations in Henan since it signed a 200,000-million-yuan strategic framework agreement with Henan this February. Under the agreement, CCCC will undertake the construction, operation and management of the project. With a full length of 281 kilometers, the project will be constructed in modes such as BOT, and is expected to commence this year.
