Uganda MN Road project signed by CRBC


On August 21, CRBC signed a contract with the Ministry of Works and Transport of Uganda for the civil works for the upgrading of Moroto-Nakapiripirit Road to paved (bituminous) road, with a contract value of some 80 million U.S. dollars and a construction period of 36 months.

Located in the east of Uganda, with a full length of 93.3 kilometers, the project is a trunk line linking Moroto to Nakapiripirit, and involves four bridges and several box culverts.

The project is of great importance to giving play to the industrial advantage of east Uganda, advancing the process of urbanization and promoting the economic and social development of the region.
