Duyun-Anshun expressway opens to traffic

Southwest China’s Guizhou Province has welcomed the first two-way eight-lane expressway, as the Duyun-Anshun expressway is opened to traffic today. Partly built by CCCC, the road is the first section of the Duyun-Shangri-La Expressway. It stretches 215.4 km from Duyun to Anshun city, with a designated speed of 100 km/h.

As a main channel linking the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan in southwest China, and the most convenient highway access between southwest China and the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, the expressway will contribute to the resources and economic development in areas along the route and improvement of the national expressway network.
