With classical features, the 70-year-old Ziyang Park in Wuchang District, Wuhan, central China’s Hubei Province has been reopened to citizens with a new charm after two years of renovation by CCCC. The project involved building and renovating 18 ancient structures covering an area of 4,550 sq m.

In order to improve the water quality of Ziyang Lake, the team specially built a lake water circulation purification system, using advanced water treatment technology to mimic the self-purification material circulation that occurs naturally. In addition to this, CCCC has equipped the park with users-friendly designs such as monitoring equipment that ensures there are no blind spots in the children’s play area for safety, lighting devices along the lake for citizens’ convenience at night and alarm systems everywhere in the park so that citizens can get in touch with the staff as soon as possible in case of an emergency.

Wandering in the park, one can see green space and lush trees, ancient buildings, and ducks sporting on the shimmering lake, all providing a pleasant scene.
