Runyang Bridge


The rendering of Runyang Bridge. Runyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge, with a total length of 35.66km, starts from Yangzhou, stretches over Jiangxin Island in Yangtze River and terminates in Zhenjiang. The Nancha Bridgeis a suspension bridge with a 1490m span, single hole and double-hinged steel box girder and it ranks the first in China and the third in the whole world. CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Company, Ltd. contracted the bid sections E1 and E2. The bid section E1 is the northern anchorage of Nancha Bridge and bid section E2 is the northern cable support pylon of Nancha Bridge. Construction of this bridge was started in 2001 and completed in 2003.
